And I struggled to convince any big shots to dedicate time to me.

The problem? I found myself in one-sided relationships—more taker than giver.

Drive your own growth, embrace challenges, and create value that radiates outward.

Shift from chasing to attracting. Actively engage in your field—build, fail, learn, succeed. Make your actions so compelling that mentors come to you.
